Unique Coatings – Extreme Results

Description

FGI – 646 is an extremely unique single component ultimate performance Concrete and Masonry Sealer. The FGI-646 is an odorless water based compound proven as a waterproofing, hardening, dust proofing sealer for concrete structures, slabs, and floors. It is also suitable for concrete basements, (either above or underground), walls, roofs, pillars, pipe, sculpture, architecture structures, structural concrete, fibercrete and decorations. FGI-646 penetrates deeply into the capillaries and pores of concrete and when it dries, it becomes part of the concrete.

Features & Benefits

The FGI-646 protects concrete surfaces from abrasion, common acids, freeze-thaw damage, ultraviolet attack and chloride ion-salt-intrusion. It stops water seepage from either the positive treated or negative untreated side of the concrete structure when cracking or other structural flaws do not cause the seepage. It is also prevents efflorescence and improves the bonding of cementitous alkaline-tolerant top coatings and paint.  FGI-646 is applied by spray, roller, or brush to new or old concrete. FGI-646 is non-toxic and has been approved for potable water applications.

FGI-646 is designed for ease of application, extreme performance, and durability in a single component, ambient cure system.
