FGI-6300 Poly-Ceramic coating was developed to provide dry film lubrication with heat release and extreme pressure properties. This coating resists wear, lubricates, and acts as an anti-seize agent while preventing corrosion. All of these properties are achieved with the FGI-6300 while also being an ambient cure system.

The FGI-6300 is well suited for components too large to bake. It is also suitable for field touch-ups of components and for in house applications that do not tolerate baking.

FGI-6300 is formulated using a unique ceramic backbone, which is able to withstand temperatures in excess of 800 degrees F. While many dry film lubricants are unsuited for these temperatures, the FGI-6300 offers an excellent coefficient of friction at these extremes. FGI-6300 can also handle pressures up to 350,000 psi.

FGI-6300 has excellent resistance to acids and alkali. FGI-6300 also will electrically insulate, while providing thermal dissipation and extreme abrasion resistance.
